The Faily Kurds, who are called in Iraq, (Faily Kurds), i.e., they are part and parcel of the Kurdish people, the inhabitants of the mountains, along the Zagrose mountain range, although they are called in Iran (Lures).

They have their own Region of their own in the far south of Kurdistan is called (Luristan), which includes the regions (Elam), which is the capital (Zarin Abad), as well as (Karamanshah), which is

the capital of (Luristan).  As it is known  the (Lur) consist  of four  large phratries, they are : - the small Lur , who are ( the Failis ), and Great Lures, Bakhtiari, and Luk. There are many extensive researches about them, and about the origin of the word (Faily), which is likely related  to the word (Pahli) and (Pahlavi), too.
Note that the Lures and Failis are synonymous for the Kurds living southeast of the Iraqi Kurdistan and Luristan region in Iran, and they are a big part of the Kurdish people, and share with it  in the origin and history , language  and the struggle . Some them accused this people falsely and wanted to usurp his nationality, but certificates of history disproved these chauvinistic nationalist empty allegations. One of  these certificates, is  the certificate of the famous historian Yaqoot Al- Hamwi (1179-1229 AD) His Dictionary of countries, the most trustful historical, geographical source of, in the definition Lures for which he wrote : - ( (Allur with the stress on the" L" and tighten the 'r'  they are a generation of Kurds in the mountains between Esfahan and Khuzestan and those areas are known by them, so the say  the country of Lur and it is called as Luristan and Allur too) "c 5, p. 16." So we say the

Kurds or the Faily Kurds or  Allurion along with the  measure of our saying Alsuranian Kurds and the, the Albahdnian  Kurds, Alchoranian Kurds, and  the Kurds Batanian  etc. ...
You will find the same thing with the geographical Astachri died in 957 AD - in his book ( Pictures of Provinces and Kingdoms and Routes).The  statesman and historian (Rashid al-Din Fadl Allah Hamadani), who lived and served in the time  of Mongol Alalikhan (Ghazan) speaks in his book ( A  fundamentalist correspondence) about (the Kurdish Atabik) Afrasiyab the first governor of the grant Luristan, during the period (1288-1296 AD) and describes his visit to Alikhan mentioned . Before that he had announced the Revolution against his predecessor Irgun. And how he was received with open arms and hospitality , and how (Ghazan Khan) deliberately tried to kill him while returning to his headquarters, by the captain (Hurqudiq).
In his book (Nuzhat Alquloob)( Hearts Picnic ) by the famous historian and geographer (Hamd Allah ibn  Almistawfi al-Qizwini), which was completed in 1339 AD - 740 AH, you find a lot about the emirates of Grant Luristan, and small Luristan . It says: - ((that Kurdish Lurs homelands are  divided administratively into major Luristan, a mountainous region and the east steppes (within the Iranian border today), and Luristan Minor (most of which fall within the current west Iraqi border,)).
Ibn Almistawfi fixed abscess, which was colleted from them, during the period confined between 1335 - 1340 AD one million Alikhani  dinars per year. Ninetieth thousand of which is paid only for the debt (i.e., the central treasury) and the rest was allocated to the Atabik expenses  (i.e. the governor). ((Abdullah Mazandarani)) the author of the book (my astronomical message ) in the year 1364 mentioned  that Atabiks of Luristan were  first appointed by the Alikhanian rulers (descendants of Hulaku), and when the authority of those rulers was hit by confusion and weaknesses the Atabiks gained the independent with their regions  .
The historian fixed in addition to that lists of the taxes which was got  from the two regions that were much less than the amounts contained in the lists of Almistawfi . It is overlooked by historians or mentioned some of them mentioned as an aside, without elaborating - that the Arab Iraq occurred under the rule of Faily Kurds ((Lurs)) for six years, and their leader ((Zulfiqar Ahmed Sultan Maousello)) laid siege to Baghdad with his army and opened it and took it  as his capital and created Kurdish garrison in other Iraqi cities, which gave him their  obedience, from the north of Samarra'a to Basra. Here's the detail on his briefing as stated in the book (The Appearing Moon c 1: p. 270), and quoted by Prof.Abbas Al-Azzawi in his book (Iraq between the two occupations c 3: p. 360).
((In the year 930 Hijra for the year 1523 AD, he attacked Baghdad, Amir Thulfiqar head of the tribe (Mousollo) of the clan Kulhor Kurdish and the Emir of Luristan - and annexed it. Having consolidated his command in Baghdad, he seized most of the Iraqi cities. And the fear of the Safavid state he corresponded with Sultan (Suleiman the Magnificent) for protection . (...)Let me go back now to the origin of the word Faily: to offer and what it stood for explicit mention of expression coupled with the word (Kurd) or the word (Lur) in the written and printed history books. Back to nearly three centuries ago. Here are some examples: - chronicles speak of historical Iranian revolution (and Lurs Faily Albouktiaria) at the time of Fath Ali Shah. This is the text: -

The crime of ethnic cleansing against the Faily Kurds
The crime of ethnic cleansing ,is  one of forms of international crime, and the international crime means the illegal act provided for in the Penal Code or the international conventions or rules of international law and that its effects are dangerous to all the international community, and this crime is one of intentional crimes committed with intent and affect the security and safety of the international community .The perpetrator has not exempt from liability shall not be granted asylum and that he does not enjoy immunity as a constitutional or legal crime mentioned do not fall over time. It is a war crime if committed during the war and crimes against humanity if committed during the peace. This crime is one of the varieties of human crime of genocide means the deliberate destruction of groups of national, racial or religious or ethnic as it is from old crimes in history were associated with Nazi rule and the regime of Saddam Hussein.

But the dark period in the history of the Faily Kurds are since the signing of March in 1970 and until 1988, where the Baath regime and the Nazi-led Arab Saddam exercise of the ugliest forms of persecution and international crimes against the peaceful people who, love life and freedom, the authorities have the deportation and disappearance of hundreds of thousands of men numbered approximately one million people without reason, only that they were of the finest people of Iraq do not worship the idol, and they are Kurds, mostly followers of the Shiite sect and they hold the backbone of commercial life in Iraq and they have a big role in the Iraqi National Movement.
