"Amber of  Iraq" . On his full of records history and the most prominent obstacles to the current sports, athletes and the role of the Faily Kurds in Iraq's sports movement, we had this meeting with him:
* When and where did Jalal Abdul Rahman begin his career with the ball and launched it towards stardom?
-I Began in 1961 in Bab al-Sheikh in the "Altalie'a" team led by the  team leader (Salam), and then moved to play for the victory of Algeria, and represented the Alzawra club for a long time .I   continued in that until 1980.
* What did Jalal Abdul Rahman gain from football?
-Love is in my nature,  I earned love and respect of the public and the people that are referring to the achievements of the  goal keeper Jalal Abdul Rahman.
Q: What are the most prominent obstacles in the way of the development of football in Iraq?
- Sports complain of lack of care by the government, in addition to poor infrastructure and lack of stadiums. As for the age groups the government is to utilize their energies and talents to cultivate them well and I see the need of holding training courses for the trainers in order to develop their training.
Q: What is the nearest title to your heart?
- The dearest and closest title to myself is" the amber of Iraq" which was given to me in the Asian Championship in Tehran in 1974.
